Cold Web Mail provides an API for AI-assisted outbound email personalization. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and API Keys

• You are responsible for protecting your API keys.
• You are responsible for activity associated with your account and keys.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized key usage.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, fraud, malware, or abusive automation.
• No attempts to bypass limits, billing controls, or service protections.
• No misuse that could harm system stability or other customers.

4. Billing

Paid plans are subscription-based and billed by Stripe. Included usage and overage pricing are defined on the pricing page.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to maintain service quality and security.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
